Every year, educators strive to enhance their ability to connect with and teach students in their schools.  There are many ways to instill knowledge, but learning which methods work best for an individual requires an understanding of processing differences.  The neurodiversity seen in a classroom can be vast, but there are specific strategies educators can implement to ensure they are reaching all their students. Working with educators is an area of passion at bst, and training is designed to support all staff, regardless of how they interact with students.  Training can focus on the different ways your students communicate, process information, and respond to behavior management systems.
